Not being included in your School Improvement Plan (SiP) is important to flag.

School Associations are expected to work collaboratively with the Principal and school staff to help shape these plans. This can include providing input before a draft is created, giving feedback, and supporting the plan once it’s in place.

When this doesn’t happen, it can mean family and community perspectives are missing from the school’s direction.
